We are especially proud to offer repairs for products that are no longer in production or have been discontinued long ago. In some cases, we have stored spare parts over decades, resulting in the corresponding additional costs. Nevertheless, it is important for us to offer you this service for your older devices.

If you decide not to have your device repaired in accordance with our cost evaluation, we will charge a fee of € 12.00 plus shipping charges and taxes.
The repair is usually accomplished within 5 business days after receipt of cost evaluation approval.
The following models can generally still be repaired. All prices include the German 19% VAT.

For a complete overhaul of these models, we charge € 250.00 including a 24 month repair guarantee.
EC, ECX, MX
For a complete overhaul of these models, we charge fees starting at € 140.00 including a 24 month repair guarantee.
Each camera will be individually inspected to determine if a complete overhaul is necessary and a corresponding cost evaluation will be issued accordingly.
B, BL, C
