Fill out the repair cover letter completely.

Carefully pack the MINOX product together with the accompanying letter.


STEP 3

Send the package to the service team in Wetzlar—they will take care of everything else.


Important Notes

  • For shipments outside the EU, please do not send the device directly to Germany, but contact us first by e-mail  (service.bgw@blaser-group.com).
  • For safe transport, send products exclusively without batteries. Otherwise, batteries must be removed and cannot be returned.
